Remote Access Android Device Rental Agreement

Welcome to Onirent, a service operated by Onirent LLC (New Mexico, USA).
Onirent provides access to virtual Android phone rentals via screen mirroring and remote ADB access.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Onirent website and services. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
Lender: A User who provides Android devices for rental through the platform.
Renter: A User who rents a device through the Service.
Service: The virtual Android phone rental service provided via remote access and screen mirroring.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. User Responsibilities
Lenders must ensure devices are functional, secure, and reset between rentals.
Renters must use devices in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
Misuse or abuse of the Service may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Payments & Billing (Stripe-compliant)
We accept the following payment methods:
USDT (TRC20)
Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe (one-time or subscription-based)
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
Subscription Services
Some services are offered on a recurring subscription basis. Subscriptions remain active until canceled by the user. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of instantly accessible digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once the service period has started, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds are not provided for:
User error or misconfiguration
Software or connectivity issues outside our control
Failure to cancel before renewal
Change of mind
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer or payment laws.
6. Screen Mirroring Software
The Service relies on third-party or proprietary screen mirroring software.
Users are responsible for correct installation and configuration. Onirent is not responsible for issues caused by incompatible systems, improper setup, or local network restrictions.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
Interfere with or disrupt platform infrastructure
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if a User violates these Terms or engages in behavior that is harmful, abusive, or fraudulent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onirent and Onirent LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, income, or service availability.
10. Payment Disputes & Resolution (Stripe-friendly)
We are committed to resolving billing issues in good faith.
If you believe a charge is incorrect or there is an issue with your subscription, we encourage you to contact our support team so we can assist you promptly.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, we may review the associated account activity and service usage as part of our internal investigation.
Where permitted by law, unresolved disputes or confirmed abuse of the payment system may result in account suspension or restriction of future access to the Service.
Nothing in this section limits a User’s legal right to contact their payment provider or bank.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
