• Lender: A User who lists their Android phone for rent on the Website.

• Renter: A User who rents a phone from a Lender through the Website.

• Service: The virtual Android phone rental service provided by Onirent via screen mirroring software and remote ADB access.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To use the Onirent platform, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

• Lenders must ensure that devices are factory reset, secure, and functioning before and after each rental.

• Renters must use the devices legally and ethically. Any abuse may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• USDT (TRC20): Fast, secure, low-fee blockchain payments.

• Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe: One-time or subscription-based payments available.

All payments are processed securely through trusted providers. All rentals are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• User error

• Connection or software issues

• Misconfiguration

• Change of mind

By completing a payment, you agree to this strict no-refund policy. Attempting to bypass or dispute this policy may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Screen Mirror Software

The Service depends on screen mirroring software. Users are responsible for installing and configuring the software properly. Onirent is not responsible for connection problems or compatibility issues caused by improper setup or local system limitations.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

• Interfere with or disrupt the Website or its infrastructure

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior we deem harmful, abusive, or fraudulent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onirent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data, income, or service availability — arising from the use or inability to use our Service.

10. Payment Disputes and Account Restrictions

We are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter with our service. If you experience a problem with your subscription or payment, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute through Stripe or any other platform.

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without prior communication may be considered a violation of our Terms of Service. In such cases, Onirent reserves the right to take protective measures, which may include:

• Suspension or permanent termination of your Onirent account

• Blocking your associated IP address

• Blocking your hardware ID from accessing our software

These actions protect the integrity of our platform and prevent abuse or fraud. Onirent also reserves the right to deny future access to our services from accounts, devices, or IPs involved in unresolved or unjustified disputes.

If you believe a dispute was initiated in error, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the matter.

11. Changes to the Terms
